We invite you to a ceremonial day of nourishment, renewal, connection, and community. We begin the day by dropping into stillness with a Cha Dao tea ceremony. Following tea, we will have a small snack prior to entering the sacred sauna to sing, pray, and sweat.

After our sauna session, we bless our body and seal in the prayers with a plant bath, infused with the most luscious herbs and flowers.

Once our plant baths are complete, we will gather inside for a delicious potluck meal to nourish and ground our bodies.

We close our day with a gentle cup of cacao at the nearby beach to make offerings and prayers, and have a connective sharing circle.
